What we do
Pick one or all of them. I do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits — Wylie clay and all.

Cottonwood, pecan, live-oak — all of it bagged or hauled off, including the corners the wind keeps piling up.

The signature
The last pass on every yard I cut goes diagonal — a long Z across the lawn. It is how I know I covered everything, how the stripes catch the morning light, and how the neighbors can tell from the street that the work is mine.
Ten years of doing it the same way. Same morning, same direction, same finish — Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, St. Paul, Lavon, Inspiration.

How it works
I try to make hiring me boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
Easiest way to reach me — text (972) 836-6214 with the address and what you are looking for. I read texts faster than email.
I come out within the week, look at the lawn, listen to what you want, and give you a flat per-visit price right then. No estimates by photo.
Once we start, I show up the same morning every week. Reminder text the day before, gate latched after, walks blown clean.
On the loop
I keep the route tight on purpose — that is how the schedule holds up after a rainy week and how I get to the same yards on the same morning, all season. If you are inside this ring, you are on the route.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between my visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Long-time Wylie and Sachse customers who have put up with me showing up every week, rain or shine.
Best lawn service hands down. Jacob is reliable, the work is clean, and the yard always looks the way it should. He sends a reminder text the day before — small thing, but it makes a difference.

Jacob has been mowing for us for years. Same morning every week, same quality. He pointed out a sprinkler head that was throwing the wrong direction the first week, and that has been the kind of thing the whole way.

Honest pricing, honest work. He started the business when he was a teenager and you can tell he has put in the years. I have recommended him to half the cul-de-sac.
