- Yes — I prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier and I can keep my route tight, but I do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense. Just text me the address.
- Per visit or monthly — your call. Most weekly customers prefer monthly on a flat rate, billed on the 1st. I take cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle — whatever is easiest.
- Most regular-sized lots in Wylie, Sachse, and Murphy are $30 to $40 per visit. Acre lots in Lavon, St. Paul, and Inspiration start at $75. I will give you a firm quote after looking at the property — no estimates by photo.
- I run a tight loop through Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, St. Paul, Lavon, Inspiration, and the east side of Plano. If you are in that ring, you are on the route.
